Stichting MOCHI Future (referred to as “the Foundation”, “we”, “us”) is a foundation (stichting) established under Dutch law, registered at Lindengracht 95-2, 1015KD Amsterdam, with Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number 42120606. The Foundation operates the website www.mochifuture.org to inform the public about our mission and activities.

We take the privacy of our visitors seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we may collect, use, and protect when you visit this website, as well as the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch law.

Because this website consists of static informational pages only, and does not offer registration, login, account, or online form functionality, the personal data we collect is very limited.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (headquartered in the United States, with several offices in Europe). As part of operating the website, Cloudflare automatically processes technical information from visitors, such as:

  • Date and time of access
  • Pages visited
  • HTTP headers related to the request

This information is used to ensure normal access to the website, security (e.g. protection against malicious traffic), and troubleshooting. The legal basis for this processing is our and Cloudflare’s legitimate interest in maintaining the security and proper functioning of the website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). 3.2 Website Analytics

We use the Web Analytics feature built into Cloudflare Pages to understand aggregate, non-personal statistics such as visitor volume and country/region of origin, in order to improve the content of the website.

This feature is designed not to use browser cookies, not to store any information on the visitor’s device, and not to track users across websites. Visitor counts are calculated in real time from request information and aggregated, without building any profile that identifies an individual. As a result, this feature does not involve tracking that would require cookie consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

3.3 Third-Party Embedded Content

This website does not currently embed any third-party service content (such as videos, maps, or social media plugins). Should such functionality be added in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and describe the relevant data processing here.

3.4 Contacting Us Directly

If you contact us via the email address listed on the website (info@mochifuture.org), we will process the personal data you provide in your message (such as your name, email address, and the content of your message) in order to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis for this processing is the necessity of responding to your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) or (f)). We retain such correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, after which it is deleted or archived.

This website does not use any cookies. The analytics feature we use (see Section 3.2) is designed not to rely on cookies or any local storage technology.

Our website hosting provider, Cloudflare, Inc., is headquartered in the United States. According to Cloudflare, it relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK Addendum, as well as the applicable EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as appropriate safeguards for transferring data outside the EU/European Economic Area.
